A French Tea Caddy circa 1850, in Kingwood with boxwood inlay and "The" inlayed on the top. Three porcelain tea caddies with beautifully decorated tops with depictions of Chinamen. Two caddies for storing tea and the centre one for mixing.
An English 19th Century Tantalus in Oak with the original crimson silk lining. Three cut glass decanters and six liqueur glasses as well as a cigar box and silver plated ashtrays. Superb condition.

A Japanese silk Wedding Obi, early Showa period, circa 1926. In superb condition in colours of ecru, black, coral, wine mustard and blue on a pale ground. Embroidered pictures of the chrysanthemum,drum, phoenix and crown. The wedding took place in September as the chrysanthemum is the flower of that month.
A French richly embroidered gilt metal frame circa 1860 of the Napoleon III period. Wonderful condition with the backing relined.
